WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

Returns are accepted up to 45 days from purchase date for a full refund. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Product must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. 

Free economy shipping is available for orders over $250 shipping within the continental US. 

DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY?

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our products. If there is a defect in the materials or workmanship that are outside typical wear and tear or misuse, we will replace or refund for up to a year from the date of purchase. 

DO YOU OFFER REPLACEMENT PARTS?

Replacement parts are available for purchase. Our warranty policy does not cover accidental damage caused by mishandling, wind or mold damage, or lost parts. If you are unsure whether your item is covered under our warranty, email us at hello@thegetout.shop.

We typically ship within 2 business days of an order being placed. Allow 4-7 business days for delivery for standard shipping. Some expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
